Predict Gap is a research tool. It does not trade, does not give financial advice, and does not promise any financial result.

1. Agreement

These terms apply to the Predict Gap app and this website (together, “Predict Gap”). By installing or using Predict Gap you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use it.

2. What Predict Gap is

Predict Gap displays public prediction-market data and highlights differences between the probabilities that separate markets show for what appears to be the same question. It does not place orders, hold funds, connect to market accounts or give access to any market. It has no user accounts.

3. Not financial advice

Everything in Predict Gap is general information for research. It is not investment, legal or tax advice, and not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything.

A probability gap is a candidate for your own checking. It does not confirm that two contracts are equivalent, and nothing in Predict Gap promises a financial result. Markets that look alike can differ in rules, timing, liquidity, fees, execution limits and regional eligibility. You are responsible for verifying both source markets and for your own decisions.

4. Data and accuracy

Market data comes from third-party sources. It can be delayed, incomplete, unavailable or wrong, and a market can change between a refresh and the moment you open its page. Matching is automated and can pair questions that differ. Gap Score only orders results; it does not measure expected return.

5. AI rule review

AI rule review is an automated comparison of public rule text. It can be mistaken or unavailable. Its result is not legal proof that two contracts match and should not replace reading the rules yourself.

6. Eligibility and local law

You must be at least 18 years old to use Predict Gap. Prediction markets are restricted or unavailable in some places. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you.

7. Third parties

Predict Gap is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Polymarket, Kalshi, Gemini, Pascal or any other market operator. Their names and trademarks belong to their owners. Their websites and services are governed by their own terms.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use Predict Gap in a way that breaks the law;
  • reverse engineer, modify or interfere with the app or the services it relies on;
  • extract its data by automated means or place an unreasonable load on those services;
  • present its output as verified, guaranteed or official market information.

9. Ownership and licence

The app, its name, design and content belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for your own non-commercial research.

10. Availability

We may change, suspend or discontinue Predict Gap or any part of it at any time.

11. Disclaimer

Predict Gap is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not warrant that it will be accurate, uninterrupted or error-free.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any trading or financial loss, arising from your use of or reliance on Predict Gap.

13. Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the new version will be published on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use Predict Gap after that date means you accept the new terms.
