Privacy Policy

Predict Gap for Android. Effective 8 October 2026.

Predict Gap has no accounts, no ads and no analytics. It does not collect personal information, and what you save in the app stays on your device.

1. Scope

This policy covers the Predict Gap app for Android (“the app”) and this website. “We” means the team that publishes Predict Gap.

2. What the app does not collect

The app does not ask for or collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, location, photos, files, advertising ID or other device identifiers. It has no sign-in and no user accounts. It contains no advertising and no analytics or tracking tools. The only Android permission it uses is internet access.

3. What is stored on your device

The app keeps the following in its own private storage on your phone:

  • your Watchlist of saved market pairs;
  • your filter and sorting choices, and the fact that you acknowledged the research-only notice;
  • a temporary cache of public market data and AI rule review results, so the app can open offline.

This data is not sent to us and is not included in Android cloud backups. You can remove it at any time by clearing the app’s data in Android settings or by uninstalling the app.

4. Network requests

When you tap refresh, the app downloads public prediction-market data: market titles, rules, probabilities and close times that originate from Polymarket, Kalshi, Gemini and Pascal.

When an AI rule review runs, the public text of the market pairs being compared (titles, rules, resolution sources, close times and probabilities) is sent for automated comparison by a third-party AI model provider. These requests do not include your Watchlist or any personal information.

As with any internet connection, the servers that handle these requests receive technical data such as your IP address and the time of the request. It is used only to deliver the response and protect the service. We do not use it to identify you or to build a profile.

5. Sharing and selling

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. The app does not collect personal information to share.

6. Links to source markets

The app can open a market’s page in your browser. Those websites are run by third parties and follow their own privacy policies.

7. This website

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. If you send a message through the contact form, we receive the name, email address and message you enter. The message is delivered to us by a third-party form processing service. We use these details only to reply and keep them only as long as needed to handle your request.

8. Children

Predict Gap is intended for adults aged 18 or over and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Your choices

You control the data in the app and can delete it as described in section 3. To see or delete a message you sent us through the contact form, write to us through the same form. Depending on where you live, local law may give you further rights over your personal information; contact us to use them.

10. Security

The app communicates only over encrypted HTTPS connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

11. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new effective date.
